September 21, 2026 — Ten workflow guides
Documentation update. The help center now includes ten written guides for setting up your company and working through a job. Each guide explains the relevant settings, the order of the work, and the details to check before sharing information with your team or customers.
- Get organized: company settings and team access, customer and opportunity records, and importing existing CSV data.
- Prepare and deliver the work: quotes and contracts, project flows, scheduling and service, and Jobsite reports.
- Keep records connected: customer portal visibility, email and document templates, and payments and job costs.
September 21, 2026 — More useful answers and setup guidance
Documentation update. Getting started follows a practical setup sequence, from company permissions and customer records to templates, project handoffs, and a complete practice job. The FAQ explains common workflow questions, including what signing a quote does, how customer portal visibility works, and why disconnecting an integration does not automatically delete its history.
- Feature descriptions link directly to the related guide, so you can move from learning what a feature does to understanding how to use it.
- Resource search includes the text inside guides and answers. Search for the task or setting you need, even if it is not in a page title.
- Integration guidance explains separate mailbox and document connections and the permissions and setup each requires.
September 21, 2026 — Subscription and data policies
Policy information update. The legal section includes the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Data Processing Agreement. These pages explain subscription responsibilities, acceptable use, customer information, provider arrangements, and how to request copies or deletion of records. The Terms describe cancellation before renewal with access through the paid period, subject to the applicable agreement.
- Each agreement identifies its version and explains when it applies. An existing subscription remains governed by its accepted agreement and the applicable changes process.
- A customer DPA must identify the parties, accepted version, and applicable provider schedule. Reading the page alone does not execute an agreement.

Use the homepage form to request occasional product updates. Select the updates option if you want those emails; requesting a walkthrough does not automatically subscribe you. If something in your workspace has changed unexpectedly, contact support with your company, the affected page, the approximate time, and what you expected to happen.
