Service status and troubleshooting

Check what to do when a page, connection, upload, or payment is not working as expected.

This page is a support guide

Soffyt does not publish a live service-health feed or incident history here. This page cannot confirm whether an outage is in progress. A working marketing website also does not establish that every application or connected service is available.

If you cannot sign in or open your company

Check that you are using the company account that was invited and the correct workspace. Use Forgot password? from the sign-in page if needed. Record any error before trying again. If the same problem affects several teammates, include that detail when contacting support.

If email, documents, or files are affected

Review the connection or file status shown in Soffyt. A revoked provider authorization, unavailable source document, or processing failure may affect one feature while the rest of the application works. Keep a copy of unsaved work before refreshing, and avoid sending or uploading the same item repeatedly.

If a payment result is unclear

Check the invoice, existing payment request, and confirmed receipt before starting another collection. A browser error or closed checkout window does not prove that a payment failed. Send support the record reference and error, without card details or payment credentials.

Report the problem

Email support@soffyt.com or use Help & support in the application. Include the following so the team can investigate:

  • Your company and the affected page or record type.
  • The approximate time and your time zone.
  • What you tried, what you expected, and what happened.
  • The exact error and whether other users or features are affected.
